Cleantech Competition Application

Eligibility

Must be a Cleantech (see definition of Cleantech) company incorporated in Canada with head office in Canada .
Must be either a private company or a public company with a market capitalization no more than $150 million.
Must be actively seeking financing (equity or debt) between $2 million and $50 million and/or strategic alliances.
Must submit a complete application including business plan summary and financial information.

A complete application will consist of:

A completed online application form.
Page two of the application includes the opportunity to include your logo as well as any supporting documents (max 2) that you feel will stregthen your application.

Please Note:

Companies selected as one of Canada's Top 10™ Cleantech Companies will be asked to prepare a one-page overview for distribution to forum delegates.
All information provided will be kept confidential and will be used by the jury only to select the successful candidates.

DEADLINE EXTENDED - Companies must submit applications no later than September 11 , 2008, 5:00 pm E.S.T. .
